I'm from Edmonton as well. Know of a good alterations tailor that's not going to charge me an arm and a leg?

These shoes are grail status for me. Finally decided to take the plunge today after over a year of lusting.

    ?? Belt

Not actually my office, but better light for pics

    "Stripes and Indians"

(and, yes I'm aware of the lopsided knot! :)

    Steven Hitchcock 3 piece
    T & A bespoke shirt
    Hermes tie
    Unknown SR PS
    (S. Hitchcock's 10 year anniversary cuff links)

Nip those sleeves and you're DEAD set man. I'm not a fan of the skinny lapel, but you've nailed it.

    Summer pants...

Pretty bold for SF but I like most of the clothes, maybe just in different combinations. Good job.

individual pieces are very nice, but together they are clashing with each other. they need to be making hot sex with each other ... (no diss here ... just a joking reference to another member's post about matching and clashing)

i'd go with white bucks for the shoes ... more understated than the two tone tasselled loafers. also not sure about the jacket with seersucker/stripe pants. hope you keep posting though.

Thursday and NOLA is overcast and actually not brutally hot. If I close my eyes and think really hard, I can almost imagine fall.....of course, we won't get that until November.

Anyway, the tropics are finally boiling with Danielle cranking up to a Cat II and Earl a solid TS. Model guidance seems to ram both of them through Bermuda...but I have a feeling this trough weakness may not develop as deeply as anticipated. High builds in and Miss Danny takes a left turn for the East Coast. Keep your eyes open East Coast iGents...although unlikely.

Earl? Who knows....I have a feeling about the Carolinas though. Could be nothing.

    Fiona is next. LOL.

Ok, moving on. RLPL suit, Polo tie, Hilfiger shirt, vintage Florsheim Imperial gunboats in Shell.

    Rock on,

    Mike

niidawg3 - Fresh look, I'm liking the top part.

MBreinin - Really like that suit, IMO the outfit would be superb with another seletion of tie.

    And, what would you suggest?

I tried several, and settled on this one...although I liked them all. I had a blue bowtie on this morning with heraldic shields, but decided to avoid flak at the office with the Boss back in town.

It's not that I think your current choice don't fit with the rest, I'm just not a fan of that particular tie. Pretty much anything colorwise goes with the rest of your outfit. Light wine grenadine or maybe this one: http://shoponline.drakes-london.com/...ilk%20Tie.aspx Cheers[IMG]

I think he could pull this off if he just switched the pants out for some solid blue cotton, or white cotton. The biggest problem is that the seersucker and stripe in the shirt are the same size and they clash.

I agree. White pants and this would have been solid. It is still out there, but it would have been better.

Like the hair. Trousers/shirt are too close in pattern for comfort, for me.

Haven't worn a suit much this week, but took a photo today:
