1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

It was just snapped in a tea house, kinda random setting. The sleeves aren't really too short, it may be the angle, when I wear them with dress shirts it shows about 0.5" of cuff.

I may have good posture, but I need to lose one of my chins. [IMG] Okay, I know I look dorky , but i need to figure out a better doc coat. These polyester things are horrible. Any ideas? [IMG]

You're a dead ringer for Jerry Lewis as the Nutty Professor. I guess you have your halloween costume all figured out.

Just teasing mate - between the bow tie and the lab coat and the glasses, I couldn't resist. For what it's worth, you look great in the other pics you've put on here. And kudos to you for posting a pic at all.

    Tom:

I seem to remember a guy who did nice lab coats on the East Coast. I'll try to sift through my e-mails and find him.

And I like the bow tie. We Berkeley dudes gotta stick togethjer, even if one of us is now an ex-pat.

    Yo, CAL '97.

Tom, you really wear a bowtie under your labcoat? When I'm in the lab I remove my tie (if I'm wearing one).

I actually don't spend any time in an actual "lab" anymore, and when I did, I wore a heavy smock. I wear the "short" white coat, also called the "consultation" coat, as part of my business uniform. As a chiropractor, I feel that the standard business suit doesn't make sense, and the white coat seems more germane to my position as a doctor. I'd love to have one that is a bit more refined, and designed for appearance more than protection from spills.

Okay, how about this one, is this combination any better? I really think I can do this bowtie thing. Paul Stewart tie, TM Lewin shirt, crappy lab coat, Carolina Herrera glasses. [IMG]

Thanks for the approval gents. I will be moving to Providence, RI in June of 2005 to open a practice with a friend there. I'll let you all know when it happens, and you can refer all of your friends. [IMG]

    Koji-

Is that a sportjacket or suit? Interesting combination of checked spread collar shirt, pocket square and jacket without tie.

Tom, the bow ties look great--and they're never in the way during a manipulation. [IMG]
