    That's not a Samuelsohn tag.

Any idea who then? It certainly doesn't look like any Samuelsohn tag I've seen before...

Sorry, I was answering the question of who tailors in Canada. I am not familiar with anyone other that Samuelsohn, but I can't confirm that the picture is a Sameulsohn tag.

I have a recent J Press blazer with that tag. Construction is rubbish. My guess is a lower tier Canadian maker, certainly not Samuelsohn.

Probably the same company that makes Lauren for RL suits.

Went back to an AAAC thread about the Canadian J Press manufacturers. I am sure that there are several, but the lower tier I believe are made by Cohen. (This isn't to say all J Press is rubbish or even all Canadian J Press is rubbish).

I'll have to check my tag again when I get home, but it looks very similar.

Very cool. It seems to be a MTM suit, as it has the owners name inside the jacket lining. Also shows signs of other MTM areas. Extra weighted material inside pant hem for added drape. Just didn't know if there was any info on those tags that I should be aware of. I know its 100% wool, by the tag, but not sure if theres more on there.

My J Press tag is identical. A lot of the lower end Press jackets, most having a lot of shoulder padding (sacrilidge for a Press!), are made by Cohen in Canada. This would be my guess.

These were my Alan McAfee's which were definitely by Church's. Look similar but mine said "hand benched" and I don't have the 3 nails on the sole that turns back towards the dovetail.
