1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

It's def an SFA house label jacket, I've just seen that a few of their pieces might have been made by Corneliani, and since it's a made-in-Italy piece, I thought this might be one of them, but it doesn't match any of the Corneliani tags I've seen.

    Thanks!

Thanks! Now I'm really bummed there were no trousers. I might have to go back and search again just in case. It was the one item in the shop that had me curious enough to snap a pic. This is a decent consignment shop, but run by women who know nothing about menswear. A fused CK suit will be priced quite high, while a fully canvassed dinner jacket sits in the bargain bin. A few months back they had several H. Freeman & Sons MTM fully canvassed suits for next to nothing, but alas not my size.

If it is for you it is an excellent pick up. I would pass, however, if you are purchasing to sell.

+1, It's decent, but I only kop if it is cashmere....even that is a risky buy.

Can anyone help me out on this one? I don't think I missed it anywhere in the thread, but it's possible. If so, I apologize profusely. Made in Italy.

Pretty sure Lubiam makes for themselves? Not 100% sure though. Either way, they put out some cool stuff.

Yes they have a pretty large operation in Mantova, which we visited. It's quite impressive and was way ahead of it's time when it was built in the 1950s. If interested, we have some info and pics (now and then) on our site

Any clues? From a suit marked Maurizio Baldassari at Barneys.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is. That, or super old Caruso. I always get them mixed up haha. What's the label on the jacket?

    I believe that those are pre-Prada Church's.

Older Church's, but wouldn't say for sure pre-Prada from just that one pic.
