1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I know it's not well made or anything, but I really like the stripe combo. Anyone know one that looks like this thats a bit better quality? I know it's not really a big deal anyways, but that AE logo also bothers me a bit.

Banana Republic had one with similar colors but more and slimmer stripes little while back. It's pretty nice; I picked it up for $25.

I'm thinking I'd like fewer wider stripes. I've been big into that sort of polo lately, kinda like the Le Tigre one I posted earlier. I haven't worn nearly any single color polos lately, or thin stripe ones.

I really like that look too - wide stripes that are spaced further apart - especially in this color combo.

Too bad AE insists on putting their logo on everything, because I've seen a few polos, button-up shirts, and wool sweaters I actually would have purchased had it not been for the logo.

I thought of removing it, but since it's embroidered rather than a simple tag it is nearly impossible to remove.

Yeah, I looked at that today, it'd be basically impossible to take out, unless you were a trained tailor...

The RL purple labels are simple. No logos, just great polos. Then again, no stripes, colors, nothing.

Some of them have horses. I have about ten PL polos, most of them with logos in the lisle (thin mercenized cotton) I have two of the pique ones as well. My lavender PL lisle polo is one of my favorite.

It is nice, but can't hold a candle to this...

Yeah, they are absolute killers. I mean if you own one of them, forget about shopping for other polo's, you ain't kicking it. I put in a bid for $250 for the shirt a while back on eBay, it went for around $420...
