Next month I'll be going to Hong Kong and getting a suit made at WW Chan. The website recommends that I wear my favorite suit. The best fitting suit I have is a bit tight since I put on a few pounds, and I don't want them to think that's necessarily what my preferences are. Should I wear it anyway? Also, is it customary to haggle at WW Chan? If I could get the price dropped from say US $1500 to $1300, that's the price of a few shirts at Jantzen. Thanks in advance.

Wear the suit anyway and just tell them that you don't like how it fits. They will not haggle on price.
