In its latest collaboration, Perth’s Highs & Lows partners up with Lacoste for a unique blend of preppy, military and street influences in the form of the Salute Pack. The silhouette in question is the preppy lineage of the Lacoste Sauville Mid boot reinterpreted in the two colorways of Dark Olive/Black and Deep Navy/Red, both of which are inspired by, and pay homage to the world’s armed forces. The upper utilizes technical materials such as calfskin leather and neoprene, crafted in such a way as to maintain both their aesthetics and functionality. Combined with Durabuck panelling and a full leather heel wrap to ensure durability and comprehensive weatherproofing, the design sits atop a jagged white rubber sole for optimum traction. Details include the nine-star military emboss on the tongue signifying nine years of Highs & Lows and functional two-tone outdoor laces that strap into an ankle loop for further support.
