High-rise trousers; Good RTW or reasonably-priced MTM in London or Oslo?

Any other makers?

I'm seeing some good things by Berg & Berg, Edward Sexton, and Rubinacci but there doesn't seem to be too much out there...

Check https://scottfrasercollection.com/

I've been wearing them since he first launched the first trousers and my two wool pairs are 4 years old and although thinning a bit in the fork of the trousers they are fantastic. I've been buying after those, a pair of linen which I also destroyed for wearing them 2 years straight (it gets too warm here).

High waist, wide leg and double forward pleats.
