High quality OTR or Internet MTM tropical wool dress trousers?

There are no good men's stores in my area so I am looking for online retailers of high quality tropical wool dress pants. I know that many of you recommend Epaulet or Howard Yount trousers, but they are just too slim for my liking. I have had success with finding Zanella "Todd" fit trousers (slm side of traditional fit) on sale, but I can't find any Zanellas on sale right now. As a result, I am posting here looking for recommendations. I searched the archives extensively for this and it seems that most of the recommendations contained there are for some combination of Epaulet / Howard Yount / Incotex, but as I said above, these are just too slim.

What I'm looking for is something with a moderate to high rise, a true 34" waist, around an 8.5" to 9" cuff opening, and in tropical wool. The slim side of a traditional fit, in other words. I can spend between $150 - $250. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
