High Collar Trend?

I was looking at another forum where some people are ordering this $14 fleece sweatshirt.

It looks pretty cool although some people say it looks good because of the lighting and it will come across dull in real life. Also, it's being shipped from China and the website has the messed up sizing charts + copy and pasted reviews. I'm thinking of getting one although I'm 6' 5" (Asian clothing sizes are smaller???). What are you thoughts on the style and design and would you recommend getting one? Thanks!
