It's a forum that's called the fashion spot, yeah I know you were kidding. I probably know why the OP asked this question, when you register on their website you're put into a waiting queue and they may accept you or not. Seems like a way of making it elitesque to attract new people in. I don't know if it's working though

U r absolutely right, but they do have some real professionals over there, and they dont accept new members without inventation code

Most of tFS members are 16 y/o from Wyoming who want to know what Lindsay Lohan is wearing this week, not to disappoint you or anything. There's a bunch of pro but the noise to signal ratio is so high it's not always easy to find them.

We've had this thread several times here on SF. DO a search of those threads, some of which got quite long and exhaustive in the reasons why it's not particularly desirable to be there anymore.
