Like I said before that there's a family wedding coming up and a party and I blew so much $ on my suit/shoes etc and then I looked at my dad's wardrobe to find out he has no dress shoes

I was going to purchase another dress shoe for myself but I thought why not get something for my dad. Because I was actually heart broken to see that he would be wearing some suede loafer type shoes with his suit

So I have arouns $110 to spend on shoes from Macy's.

Can you please recommend me a shoe/style that is currently carried at Macy's/their website ?

I just had a look through the Macy's web-site. Lots of square-toe monstrosities and hundreds of bluchers. These seem to be the only pair that would be remotely suitable. They're a little bit above your budget, but I hope you can stretch to the extra since everything else they sell looks terrible.

99% of those shoes on that website are ghastly. Why the Macy's-limitation?

I doubt his dad would even appreciate the more expensive shoe. This shoe looks nice and will do just fine for the wedding!

Personally I wouldn't recommend bluchers for a wedding. But then I don't really like bluchers, regardless of the situation.

If your dad does not currently have dress shoes, than I doubt he would appreciate NICE dress shoes. but for $110 go to

Zappos.com and look for Black Oxfords/ Lace ups

Pick the ones that look nicest in your budget.

Does he want new shoes? Does he like his suede loafers? If the answer is no and yes respectively, then don't get him new shoes. Don't try to dress your father unless he asks for your help.

In my opinion getting somebody shoes as a gift is a total shot in the dark in a lot of ways. Get him a necktie, or a scarf. Dad's also love small leather goods and sleazy hookers. Together, of course.
