Did you guys ever get your orders? I haven't, and I've emailed twice about it since you two posted and I haven't received any response.

Starting to think this is approaching chargeback territory.

I will say as far as me getting some sports chinos from them I wanted a cancellation but they didn't respond via email BUT I got my order in within the 15 day time window. I haven't done the MTO but hesitant given their response time. All in all their products are great from what I've seen.

August 11th. They ran a buy one, get one free sale to promote the new MTO program from August ?th to August 11th. Burzan's 25% off code stacked with it. After confirming the second pair's fabric selection in a follow-up email on August 14th, I haven't heard a word from them.

I got a response, although very delayed. They are remaking the trousers in the olive grey brushed cotton fabric. Should be another month till I receive them, haha. They definitely have a communication issue. I think Justin, the CEO, is the one handling all the emails. He's been the one to reply all my emails.

My best advice is to keep emailing them. I have been happy with my other pair though. Might need to shorten it a bit more.

Putting aside all the problems we've encountered, I do believe Hertling is trying to do their best. Don't forget they were bankrupt a few years ago.
Agane, the best way to keep track of your order is to email them (please don't spam them). They will try to resolve all the issues.

Also, I'm pretty sure the new selvedge twill chinos on the Armoury's website are made by Hertling from past post. If any of you buy a pair, let me know how they are!

I still haven't received my order placed on 8/7 I've gotten a few email responses from Hertling, and the last one was apologetic and offered to throw in a free pair of chinos, but it was also 2 weeks ago and said they'd be shipping last week.

Hey all, update on the trousers.
Got the remake pair in different fabric (grey wool to olive grey brushed cotton).
Changed up the fit specifications quite a bit and it came out better than the first pair!
They also added the cuffs requested this time??? Which was weird cause I recall I asked for them the first time as well (oh well). Fabric feels amazing. The weight is pretty heavy, but it is not stiff. Feels a bit like corduroy



They are 95% there! I guess I would still like some minor tweaks for personal preferences, but overall after dialing it in, might be one heck of a deal! I'll be getting my No Man Walks Alone x Sartoria Carrara trousers in brown twill by Drapers soon, hopefully. I will see how the fit compares to Made to Measure.

Also if anyone wants to ask about shipping, I live in the county next to their factory (lucky me). Cannot comment on you guys that live far away.

Looks pretty good, but I can't help but be annoyed that you've received a remake before I've even received my original order.

Sorry about that. I was actually expecting another 2-3 weeks before receiving the remakes.
