Not sure exactly. Just an overplaid over a Navy fabric. "Glen Something-or-other?" Sartorio is hard to find here in the US now that Barneys New York closed. I've never seen it at any other retail store. Stumbled on this at Ownly Luxury in my exact size.

If the weather holds up and I get a chance to wear them. I have other suede A1s but they're not from Valstar.

Definitely on my wish list!

I’ve seen (here) other suede options but they are not really convincing.
Now there is the Real McCoys leather A1 flight jacket repro that I tried, a thing of beauty, but it costs an arm, a leg, and an eye!

Yeah, but I'm not a fan of leather A-1 jackets, in general. I do like this A-1, though:
