Hi All,
I'm new to these forums, but have been lurking here for some time. Just this past week, my wife purchased for me a leather briefcase from Henry Tomkins (which was the direct result of all the time I spent on these forums). The bag looks great, and I was very much looking forward to using it. However, I noticed a small blemish right above the first compartment. Now, in the grand scheme of things, this is not a big deal, but I do find myself peeved at the mark. I've reached out to Henry and it doesn't seem that he's willing to make any alterations to the bag.
Given that many of you have much more experience with these things than I, I wanted to ask if you would find these marks to be acceptable. Henry did mention that these types of marks were likely to accumulate over time as the briefcase was used, but it wasn't something I was expecting new out of the box. Thanks, your input is appreciated.
