Hemp(not hem) Jeans

Whilst I am checking out some jeans, the sales there shows me a Hemp Jeans by Evisus. It is made of 55% hemp and 45% cotton. He claimed it is a limited edition that has been discontinued and is a must-have for jeans lovers. Well, though I wear jeans often, I am not a huge fan by any means and I think that the colour of the jeans is quite ugly. THe only positive I find is that it is extremely soft. What do you guys think, is it worth the 250USD?

I have the pair you are talking about.. on the left back pocket is printed "Evisu Genes Osaka" right? I find them really nice and soft, a nice summer alternative to standard denin, plus it is selvedge if that matters to you. But for $250 on sale?? that is too much.
