help with sizing for RRDS or Slim Jims

I'm looking to buy my first pair of raw denim.. probably the two listed above, except I have no idea how these jeans fit, and there's no way for me to try them on around where I live.

My best fit pair of jeans come from Express, a 30-32 M11 Bootcut. I would, however, like to have my Nudies fit a little tighter than those. How is the fit for the Nudies I mentioned? Do they run tighter than usual? True to size? baggier?

I'm considering a pair of RRDS as well. I'm pretty sure you only want to size down one for them, but I'm sure some more knowledgable people will chime in. Anyone know how these wear when new? It seams a bootcut in dry would break really awkwardly. I'm not overly crazy about the bootcut, but I suppose a 19 inch really isn't that extreme. I've got a couple pairs of jeans that are 20 and that's too much for me.

Size one down for SJ, I have one and they stretch a lot, around 1.5 inches in the waist I think. It'll be a bit tight first time you wear it but after a day or two it'll stretch out comfortably. Hope that helps
