Having size 15 sucks..

Are these shoes acceptable or would even look good with a charcoal suit for a wedding?

I would not pick any of those. The second is the least horrible but I don't think they work with the occasion in particular or with a charcoal suit more generally. There is a lot of focus on attention-getting shoes in menswear, but do you really want people's eyes to be drawn to your shoes?

For a charcoal suit as the father of the bride, I would recommend black cap-toe Oxfords.

I suggest these:

Size 15 is available. I have two pairs of Park Avenues and wear them all the time
