Hey guys!

Im new to the forum and find this place awsome! That being said I hope to give and receive advice throughout the years. I have this lacoste shirt i bought last year, however I dont know what to match it with. I want to wear a v neck over it but I dont know what patterns, prints, or color it would match. Im a college student trying to upgrade his style, so you style gurus out there, any help would be appreciated!

What are you trying to match with it? sweaters, pants, ties? regarding sweaters I would stick to solid colors. because this shirt is "checked" pattern it is already busy enough. if you try to match another print with it you will f*ck it up. stick with a solid Dark Navy Blue cashmere sweater and you'll be fine. good luck.

PS - you are in college...wear whatever the hell you want!!! because when you get in the real world it will all be over.

True...but you may not be able to do that wearing a sweater vest. leave that look for jim tressel. that ol' knight from Indiana jones keeps coming back....."choose wisely".

Tuck it in, no matter what you do. Unless the tail is shorter. But since it's an Izod, I doubt it is.

i'd wear the shirt without a sweater personally. that look has a time and place somewhere else. the sweater will make you look stiff. but it all depends on your personality. thats just me.
