Help with identifying hoodie! - Fluorescent checkered oversized fit

hello styleforum. im uncertain if this is the correct place to ask this kind of question, but ive been searching all over the net for this specific hoodie that i saw in a rave video from ‘89. it is a baggy optical-checker patterned hoodie, with a neon-pantone gradient of yellow, orange and pink gliding down and stopping about halfway. looks as if theres some green coloring on the edges of the sleeves as well. this quintessentially has the look of a skater/surf style hoodie.

ive searched practically every keyword and brand i could think of that would hold this type of design; for reference, the brands i had in mind were stussy, speedo, body glove, bermuda triangle, adidas, vans, and maybe about 2 others, although ive had zero luck being able to hunt it down and i havent seen it surfacing ebay, etsy, depop etc. this piece is obviously rare as rare can be. i originally thought this was a homemade piece since it looks rather spraypainted, until i noticed in some other videos of 1989 raves there are a couple people with the same hoodie.
