I'm looking for a specific kind of fabric or a specific kind of shirt and I can't seem to find any shirt who look like what I'm looking for. Got two reference images of more or less what I'm looking for, they both are a bit low quality but it's all I got. Hopefully you could work this out for me, thank you.

Some sort of silk blend, perhaps?

I’m not really seeing anything unique ospecial about either.

unless, of course, you’re referring to the first pic. For that I’d recommend shopping in the juniors section at your local JC Penney assuming it’s still open.

Is/are there specific characteristic(s) you’re looking at in either?

Have you shown these pictures to a shirtmaker? As @Phileas Fogg wrote, there isn't anything especially unusual about either fabric. Alumo, Thomas Mason or one of the other Albini brands will almost certainly have something close. Or take a look at one of the online MTM makers, like Proper Cloth.
