Help: What do you call those sweaters?

They're men's sweater with a deep neck going down to the navel. They're worn over polos, shirts, etc.

You could say they look like a cardigan with a couple buttons undone.

Sorry I couldn't provide pictures, I just can't find one without the name.

Your help would be much appreciated.

That's what they sort of look like except they don't have buttons. I was just trying to give an idea of the size of the opening.

I've mostly seen them worn by indie musicians.

I'm not sure that's going to help but that's pretty much what it looks like. Yellow part is a polo. Black part is the sweater I'm talking about.

And VMan, I could see why you'd think that and I apologize for the pain I have caused you. Edit: This thread should have been in Streetwear and Denim. My apologies.

I assume you'd be able to find something under "U Neck" but it's more common with vests - particularly women's if I recall correctly. I've actually never seen such a U neck on a cardigan. There's a guy selling a vest on SuFu. I'ma hotlink his picture but it's for good cause since I'm linking the sale. Full Disclosure: it is NOT me selling and I do NOT know that person. Just a reference.

Your drawing looks like something that Eric Glennie would create haha.

Sorry I can't actually be helpful. It's morning, I'm in a bad mood, I'm a smartass.
And not even up to my usual quality...

It was very unfortunate I was banned by AA, fashionspot, superfuture to name a few. I am not showing a new logo blue jean or a new graphic t-shirt. I am showing you guys the most innovative collection of menswear in history. You are witnessing the evolution and the revolution in menswear. Laugh as you must, but some of these styles will be in your homes in the next 5-10 years. Once again, it is very unfortunate that a fashion blog will censor new styles. Keep checking out www.ericglennie.com !! You will see some serious style. I just posted last nite my cut back collars, double collars, and my very unique suspended necktie knot. I love this forum and I hope the readers understand my art someday. Thanks Eric.

I cannot believe you have only 233 posts to your name as of right now. Absolutely cannot believe it.

If I had to guess how many, I'd add a zero or two to the end of that number.
