Help to Identify This Type of Rug

I was given this 5x8 rug by my sister. She believes it is originally from Turkey and is 50-70 years old. That is all I know. I have tried to do some research on it. It does not seem to be a standard Kilim type of rug, especially given the way the back of the rug looks. Maybe a Jijim or a Soumak because of the look of the loose hand knotted threads on the back? Any insights to the type of rug this is would be appreciated.
