Help to identify cufflinks

Hi l. I would like to know if anyone can help me to identify these cufflinks.

I really do not know a lot about cufflinks. My grandfather got these and he asked me to find out if I could help to get an estimate of what they could be worth. Any help would be much appreciated.

The first pair is nice but worth the gold only.
What is the stone on the second pair. Or is that mother of pearl.
The box says 22 kt. Which is a bit soft for a back of a cufflink
