Help! Suits for Extremely Small Adults

Hey guys, I have a friend who is extremely skinny and cannot fit into a 36 suit (which I believe is the smallest suit size off the rack?). When I say skinny, I mean real skinny, like his necksize is about a 13". He can't afford to get a custom suit made so I'm trying to help him come up with alternatives but I'm stuck.

I suggested trying the kid's section but I think the lengths wouldn't be right. So I was wondering, are there stores that specifically cater to skinny guys? Or are there off the rack suits under 36?

Thanks for your help!

I think your suggestion was a good one. I've heard of other guys having success at Brooks Brothers' boys' section, for example.

There's also fourinhand.com, which specializes in smaller sizes. And maybe Yoox.com would have some smaller stuff from the European market?

Well, if he can't afford a custom suit, he might not be able to afford what I'd suggest, but I'll put it out there anyway: Dior Homme has suits in 44R and 44P (US sizing: 34R/S). They should fit him well, although they're still pricey even if you can find them on sale

(I'm about to sell a 44 Navy suit, and the going price is around $1200 :-/)
