Help sizing a ferragamo leather jacket for sale

Hi all,
My grandfather bequeathed me a beautiful Ferragamo leather jacket that unfortunately does not fit me. I'm going to list it on ebay but unfortunately I don't know the size. I do have a tape measure though, and I'm hoping someone here can tell me how to accurately get the jacket's measurements so there are no surprises when my buyer receives it. Thanks in advance!

zip up jacket
lay it flat, put arms out to the side
measure from pit to pit, right at the seam
measure from top of shoulder seam to end of cuff
measure from top of shoulder seam to other shoulder seam
measure from neck to bottom
flip over, measure from back of neck to bottom

it's helpful if you use a tailor's (soft) tape measure and take pictures of the tape measure laying on the jacket so customers can see exactly how you measured it.
