Help needed on fit trousers

Hello everyone,

I’ve been busy with a pair of trousers for a while and I really need some help.
I am aware I need to pull it up in the back and maybe in the front so the pleats don’t open as much as they do in the picture.
But the it doesn’t drape properly in the inseam. Could anyone please tell me how I can fix these trousers.
I will also show the picture of the pattern of the trousers. Hope it helps??
