Help need to find a necktie maker

I am looking for assistance in locating a necktie manufacturer in the USA who will work in small batches to start with. I have been searching for a long time and am coming up empty handed. I have tried working with a a couple of manufactures in China but the language barrier was hard to work with. If you can assist me please respond to this message. I appreciate your help and help me to create jobs in the USA.
