Looking for some opinions on these Ray Ban Aviators. Can't decide between the gold frame/green grey lens or the gun metal frame/brown lens. They both look fine on me, leaning towards the gun metal/brown. Are the gold framed ones kind of tacky or classic? I can't seem to get an accurate feel for them.

Well....I guess I'm looking for opinions on the gold frames, not how they look on me. I wear Aviators well, so that's not an issue.

I'd get all black if they have that option. And if you're going for Ray Ban Aviators, it's a MUST to have the wrap-around earpiece. Those are so sweet.

I'd second Max's notion. 80's Cazals (especially 951s) are fun and flashy as hell.

Yeah, I'm kinda' likin' the gold/green....I guess it is classic RB. Just have to decide between the 64/69 mm lenses, back to Sunglass Hut for more trying on.

What, you don't want to look like gwen stefani?

Girly is just men's accessories 2 years before they're fashionable.

Randolph and American Optical aviators (they're basically the same) can be had in silver finishes (and gold and black, and a few different sizes): Randolph
