Are those women's shoes? I could see them being quite cute on a girl with a pixie cut. Elfin is right.

Are garden gnoms very popular in the USA?
It must be a wind-up but i can imagine some garden gnoms reenacters wearing that kind of stuff !!!!
By the way,the more i think at the japanese students coming to my town every year ,the more i convince myself that actually these shoes must be popular over there!!!!
These Manga shoes are shockingly bad by any standard!!!!
If there is somewhere a fashion police ,please call the number now!!!!!!!!!
