i recently aquired a nice etching and have trouble identifying the artist.any help would be apprecitaed.
here are some things i do know:its big,28 by 22 inches, printed in 1975,definitely a german piece because it says original print in german and its a scene of a german landscape (Im Emsland),its 16/25.and most importantly there is a mark which i think is a "M" on top of a "P"
i do quite like it just wanted to know a bit more about it,and since SF is a ecclectic group i thought somebody would know

The Logo looks like an M over Y P.

And the signature looks like M.Y.P_____________

Original Rendering 16/25

Title? Fri Eastbound?

I'd assume these are easier to read in person.

i thought it was M.P but you could be right could be MYP...the title is" Im Emsland" (a region of germany)
