anyone have any experience with DCS grills? I have a 30" built in that came with the house and the previous owner only used it as a charcoal grill (I dunno). It doesn't appear to be hooked up to anything. Anyone know how to go about hooking it up to propane or NG? I don't see any obvious connection.

Wait, wait, is the stove not gas, too? Because if the stove is gas, I would expect the grill to already have a gas supply. If the stove is electric, I find it really hard to believe that it has a gas grill.

If the grill is gas, you should see the traditional perforated burner. You should also see an igniter nearby -- either a ceramic element in a little housing, or a sparking igniter. If ceramic, the gas won't turn on until the igniter reaches a certain temperature.

I have a Thermador unit, which I expect is fairly similar.

Maybe it was an add-on option? Have you tried calling the company's customer service?
