Help me find these Tramezzas

I came across these Tramezzas:

Unfortunately they appear to be older style and thus are no longer in production. Would you guys happen to know a place where I can get them in a 10 or 10 1/2?

Those haven't been available for over a year. I remember admiring those shoes and trying to locate my size in one of the Ferragamo outlets (after they were no longer carried in regular stores).

I've seen a couple of pairs come up on eBay in the past few months, although the style is not at all common. If you keep an eye out, you might get lucky.
