Help Me Find The Perfect Suede Bucks

My favorite pair of suede bucks are just about shot. I need to find some new ones. They are Ralph Lauren from around 2003 with a red rubber sole with tread for traction. Surprisingly these favorites were made in China and not the UK.

I've been wearing these all Spring and Summer for the last few years with jeans to casual suits. Help me find a new pair of a well made brand.

Here are the specs:
-Any brand
-US 10.5 roomy or smallish US 11
- Red rubber soles with some pattern and traction ( I have no idea how you keep from sliding in the rain wearing the plain rubber soles??? )
- No leather soles
-All white or all natural suede color
-No saddle shoes
