So I was going to do a high rep, low weight leg workout today. Front squats, dead lifts, snatches and cleans. Maybe burn out with some jump squats.

BUT

Today in SD it is 83 out and damned amazing. I usually get trail runs in pretty frequently but haven't in a while. Today is an awesome day and the run I would do is pretty intense on the hills and about 5.5 miles. So it would be a reasonable leg workout also.

So what do I do? Keep to the leg work or go on the run? I seriously can't decide. I will enjoy either workout.

go run. get a backpack and throw **** in it to make it harder if you want. you can go to the gym every day, enjoy the weather. or do one then the other and cry yourself to sleep from the pain. that sounds good too.

I know, it's beautiful out right now. Take the day off and go hit up PB man, maybe some running. Nothin' like the ability to get a tan in SoCal in the middle of winter...

ahah. thats what I decided on. I can't pass up the run. I'll come back and lift a bit. It's days like these that make me happy I didn't decide on college in the northeast

Isn't this the reason we eat well, exercise, and try to be healthy; to take advantage of opportunities to get outside and enjoy life for what it is.

Pretty much...

Unless you're Jean Reno who just does 1000 of situps in his apartment so you can assassinate world leaders.

I'm UCSD, but close enough. SDSU is an entirely different league as far as women go.

Yes it is. The run was as glorious as the day. Then I came home and kicked out some deads and snatches. No energy for the squats but a great workout all around.

That's probably a good thing, you don't wanna do all that in one sesh, you just won't do those squats justice man.
