Help me decide between two watches

I'm trying to choose between these two watches. Looking for something that will look good with jeans and a T or a blazer and a dress shirt. I know they are both quartz...that's not a problem for me. I like the look and size of the Seiko better but I like the water resistance of the Wenger.
