Help me compose my navy 2-piece

The cloth will be 40% kid mohair & 60% wool mix of 270g/m with what Howard (British Fabrics on ebay) describes as a "reverse twist" -- I hope this means the cloth feels as sheer as gauze when worn. This is important because I live in Malaysia.

I'm thinking of swappable buttons, so I can use this as a conservative business suit (with this set of buttons)...

...and wearing the jacket with grey trousers or off-while chinos with these:

I'm thinking maybe 2B SB with notch lapels. The cut will be exactly like this:

Lining will be a very sheer silk haboutai.

Are you sure you want those type of brass buttons? I find they almost always make a blazer look like it should be worn by Alan Partridge.

The brass buttons pictured above have more navy-coloured enamel than brass. Do they really still have associations with Mr Partridge?
