Help Me Choose Between 2 Summer Jackets?

Love them both and can't decide. The first one is 8oz., the second is 9oz.

I like the colours and tones in the first over the second.

That being said, neither of them strike me as 'summer' colours.

Not even the first? I've always thought of that as a summer staple.

Vox's favorite video (featuring LB) has Lucy wearing a coat in a similar fabric.

Not very "summery" patterns. Of the two, I prefer the second.
But I'd go for something with more texture and a little less
earth toned. Specifically, I'm thinking of a jacket I've had for years
that's silk /wool/linen I think. It's a black/off -white and glen plaid
with slubs and a faint reddish overplaid . It's from Chipp I and
still receives compliments.

Since You are asking about summer jackets, and summer is the time of light wearings and are of light and bright colors.

I would suggest you to have first one because it has lighter shade then the second one. Light colors suits best for summer.

Dark colors are always perfect for winter and Fall .
