    +1 I voted randomly.
This is a public forum, so you can do pretty much whatever you want ... do you understand that I won't be bound by the poll results? Shouldn't this be enough for people to understand that having nothing to say it's better to keep the trap shut?
I mean, I post if I can give something I think it's useful, including mocking someone who seems too serious, is this your case?

I would go for the 3706, pretty sober and it will remain a classical sports watch for many years to come. Movement is very decent and works pretty precisely.
But if you are not specifically looking for a sports watch i would recommend a Portuguese.

Thanks, this is an example of a valuable opinion (for me, at least)

I know IWCs pretty well, having owned about 5 of them over the years, and I don't know them by model number. I am also an OFFICIAL WIS, having received my button from Richard at TZ back in 1998 when it was still a cool place. [IMG]

My choice for IWCs is always the same. 18k Mk XII on a strap, if you can find one.

Didn't mean to start crap for you, I just took offense to your initial response.

Good luck finding the right watch.

I do understand, that why I wrote "please don't get me wrong", I know it's not nice being told "I'm not interested in your opinion" but in this case the question is pretty specific and, through this thread has probably gone wrong, I wanted to avoid turning it into a "name your favourite IWC watch regardless of what I'm looking for".

Don't get me wrong, but you could've explained that in the OP. Also, don't get me wrong, but when asking, it's always nice to...be nice. You could've just asked about opinions of the inards of the watches, since they mostly seem to look the same.

    Get me right, please.
