Ok that picture needed some sort of warning... I haven't been that shocked since watching the Borat movie!

p.s. Your phone doesn't dial internationally?

Exactly. The easiest thing to do is call a Galliano boutique in Europe and have it sent to you. There are stockists or stand-alone shops in Paris and London. I wouldn't buy it in Tokyo, though, just because you'll be paying a 30% markup.

Nevertheless, as amerikajinda (ohayo!) seems to suggest, this just seems fishy. Isn't that taking a big risk posting blindly on a forum for somebody to buy you something of that price? You can't even get Galliano dental floss for under $100, so I'm guessing that scarf would probably run you $400-500. Either trusting somebody blindly to get you that, or expecting them to do that takes a lot more faith than I've got...

Or you could just wrap a pair of old ski socks around your neck.

Have you worn much Galliano before? I can tell you from experience that it is a tough wear or a tough aesthetic to pull off. It looks innovative on the runway, but ordering it blind without seeing it in person can sometimes cause some trouble or you receiving something that you say, "How in the hell can I wear this???" Given the expense of Galliano, that's definitely something you might not want. I had a $500 pair of jeans that were the stupidest thing I've ever bought (they had the goofiest shape I've ever tried to wear). Luckily, I was able to return them.

But, if you are dead set on wrapping expensive socks around your neck, best of luck. Again, though, for your own safety sake as much as anybody else's, try to order from a boutique or online (another site to try is Brown's online in the UK or luisaviaroma in Italy).
