Help me buy from a ebay-seller who only ships to USA

I dont know if i should post this in the buying / selling forum or out here, but is there anyone who'd be willing to help me in buying an item from an ebay-seller who only ships inside the US? I'll gladly pay a bit of compensation aswell. And i'd need someone who can send it to me marked as gift / low value =)

From the commercial services i know there is internationalcheckout.com for this kind of buying-service but they charge outrageously high shipping and i'll end up with customs-fees because of DHL shipment. I used to buy through shopthestates.com who also helped out by declaring "wholesale" value on the items so customs wasnt an issue...

any help appreciated!
