[Help] Looking for these pants and braces (or similar)

I'm looking for something like these casual wool pants to wear with button braces and, say, a henley, tee, sweater or otherwise and casual boots. These have belt loops but no loops are preferred. I could always remove them, I guess. Any suggestions?
