Any tips on how to fix this? -

This was my first shirt order. Talk about a total throw away. Adjustments need to be made here and there.

What made me dissapointed was that my shirt came with french cuffs (which I hate to death), in addtion the wrists are too tight, making the shirt completely worthless.

I was however impressed with the construction, first class.

I don't suppose Ricky will refund orders he got wrong...
    Anyone have experience with this?

From everything I've heard, Ricky is very good about fixing problems. If the shirt is unwearable, and the fault is his, he should replace it. Just give him a call and see what he says.

Just don't complain too much, or you'll end up on his blacklist. [IMG]

I thought this had been discussed before and it was decided that he wasn't like the "soup nazi". Have you been blacklisted by the "shirt nazi"?

If it's mostly the cuffs, he may just be able to put different cuffs on for you. Send it back with a written description of what's wrong and also email him. He knows he can't escape the wrath of the Collective here and he's been good about fixing problems for people.

In the past I have had two orders that had problems. One was Ricky's fault, the other mine. Both times I returned the shirts to be fixed. No screaming or banning occurred. He fixed the issues that were caused by his oversight, I paid for him to fix those that were caused by mine.

Better to have him fix the shirts rather than let them waste away unworn.

Nah, just kidding. I was alluding to that previous discussion.

It's like Jantzen is a precious commodity, and everybody wants to make sure their supply is unthreatened!
