Help! Have I remove my dress shoes factory pigment using too much Saphir Renovateur

white patch after applying too much Renovateur ?

Have you tried adding cream polish? This shouldn't be that hard of a problem to solve.

I have yet to try adding cream polish, i will get some this weekend and try. Thank you:)
This is a brand new pair of shoes, any idea why would Renovateur remove some of the factory pigment?
P.S: I’m a novice.?

Renovateur is a strong product made to remove old shoe polish. A new pair of shoes do not need that.

Read up on basic shoe care at putthison.com, the shoe snob blog and the large shoe care thread here on SF.

Worst case you will have do add dye.

I thought it was supposed to moisture and condition the leather? thanks for the reply! I will read up more:)

Renovateur = Renovator...as in renovate an old house. Not for new shoes.
