Help! Have I remove my dress shoes factory pigment using too much Saphir Renovateur

Have you tried adding cream polish? This shouldn't be that hard of a problem to solve.

I have yet to try adding cream polish, i will get some this weekend and try. Thank you
This is a brand new pair of shoes, any idea why would Renovateur remove some of the factory pigment?
P.S: I’m a novice.?

Renovateur is a strong product made to remove old shoe polish. A new pair of shoes do not need that.

Worst case you will have do add dye.

I thought it was supposed to moisture and condition the leather? thanks for the reply! I will read up more
