Hello Gentlemen,
I am a new-bee in this forum and would like to have expert advice on the following:
I have a business conference in Paris on Monday and the dress code is smart casual, please suggest what to wear between 50 multicultural delegates.
i am very worried about it and a little help will do a lot.

It really depends what field you're in and the nationalities of the attendees; others can chime in. But in general, sportcoat, wool trousers, and a dress shirt would probably be a safe default. If you're particularly nervous, a suit and tie can't hurt. At similar events I've been to, there's usually such a range that it hardly ends up mattering.

BTW, you'll probably get a better response if you change your title from "help guiding me for business casual," which is kind of the kiss of death around here. Some combination of conference, Paris, Monday should do the trick.
