Help finding right sized wool pants

Hi,
The size wool pants that fit me the best is 31 (length 31/32). The problem is that I have difficulty finding this size anywhere. 30 is too tight, 32 is too wide. I am looking for some RLBL wool/linen pants, or any good quality wool pants to wear day to day for work, but have problems finding my model. For hemming I know it's quiet simple to correct this, but if I was to have the pants let out or taken in, what is better to get 30 or 32?

Get pants that fit you in the thigh and then have the waist taken in or taken out as necessary.
