Help finding fabric

Where I live there is a big craze about a certain fabric for t shirts that according to the brands is "100% Cotton" but if you look it gives off a shiny look. I own multiple and the material and fit are amazing and I am looking to start sort of my own brand and I'd like to use this material for myself but I cannot find it anywhere nor know the name.
