Help double four in hand knot!

Hey.. guys, i've been trying to find instructions over the internet.. but no luck so far.. four in hand keeps coming up.. i know how to do a fih... but i'm not sure how to make it a double four in hand..

any pictures/instructions would be great...

apologies if this has been discuessed before, I admit i'm not the best searcher!

Same as the four in hand, just do one more wrap-around (not to be confused with "reach around").

I'm sporting the double FIH today.

How do you get a perfect dimple with it?! I spend more time on the tie than the rest of the ensemble trying to achieve it... Pisses me off. Any tips?

Before you tighten the knot, crease the front of the knot by inserting your index finger, then pinch the crease and tighten the knot.

The knots are correct, as are the instructions. The tied image at the top is just a banner.
