Help! Cracked leather shoes

I need someone's help. I recently bought a new pair of leather shoes, and they became damaged by water. i let them dry naturally for 2 days, and the leather has then cracked as seen on the picture below. Is there anything i can do about this? any products or anything to fix them. I have tried using neutral polish on the shoes and it seems to clear the cracking, however when you wear them and the leather is pressed against, the cracks re-appear.

They don't look cracked. Get some lexol and rub that in.
