Help! Bubblegum stains on my new selvedge jeans!

I just bought a new pair of selvedge indigo jeans last week, and for some reasons, I got bubblegum sticking on my jeans and after I removed them, the bubblegum was so sticky that they pulled out some of the dye from the jeans and now jeans is left with stains (light blue on my new jeans)

Urgently need help on this!

Do I spot clean them with vinegar and water?
Or just wear my jeans and eventually the jeans will fade evenly to make the stains less obvious?

apply peanut butter and then ice on the entire jeans.

throw them in a washer, it will clean it right up
